Este filme conta a história de Charley, um finalista com uma vida tranquila, que tem tudo o que sempre desejou. Até ao dia em que um estranho super misterioso se muda para a casa do lado e começam a acontecer coisas estranhas.

Charley acaba por descobrir que o seu vizinho é um vampiro, mas ninguém acredita nele. Para tentar pôr fim nas maldades do vizinho, Charley decide livrar-se dele sozinho.
